Once an order is placed, a personal exchange occurs between Dallas herself and each valued customer to plan and create the signature personal piece of outerwear for your wardrobe; while the prices at our store accurately reflect the style of cape, matters of size and color of choice will usually need to be addressed. This is important. We do not accept returns on any of our creations, nor do we offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances, with the exception of a compromising flaw or defect in the finished product that does not happen to reveal itself until it is received by the customer (each piece is meticulously checked several times before shipment). If you have any questions about a prospective order, please ask them before you place it. This applies, as well, to custom orders, particularly because a custom made cape is the result of the design consultation between you and Dallas, so the result is uniquely yours; once you DO place an order and payment is received, fabric will be purchased, your piece will be created, and it will be shipped to you upon completion.
Do not be hesitant about discussing any ideas you may have about the cape you're envisioning. If you do not see the cape you have in mind in our store, by all means reach out to us to discuss what you have in mind. The consultation process exists just for that purpose, to entertain and consider the ideas you may have for your piece. In this venture, you and Dallas are partners, working together to come up with the design that best fits your vision.
This will vary from piece to piece, but you would be safe to count on a three week turnaround from the point at which you officially place an order.
Our standard cost for shipping throughout the United States is $6.95, using the U.S. Postal Service and with delivery confirmation/tracking. Shipping arrangements and costs for rush delivery and/or destinations outside of the U.S. will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Credit card payments are processed through PayPal (and no, you do not need a PayPal account to make a payment through PayPal). The only form of non-credit card payment we accept is a money order drawn on U.S. funds.
